A 25” color television, VCR and stereo (cassette and compact disc) all combine to make this a very comfortable room.

A picnic table as well as other built-in seating and patio furniture is available for guest use. The Holly House offers 3 levels of attractive living space. Upon entering the house, guests have a choice to go straight in to the newly remodeled (summer 2001), very well equipped kitchen, turn right to enter an office that offers a connected full bathroom, or turn left to the recently (summer 2001) refurnished living room. The living room is quite spacious, offers plenty of seating, a wood burning fireplace, window seat, a 19” television/VCR, and a stereo with a CD player.
The formal dining room with seating for 6-8 is located between the living room and the kitchen. The kitchen offers all new appliances including an oversize refrigerator and a ceramic cook top on the range. The laundry room, also featuring new appliances, is located just off of the kitchen and then leads you into single car garage.
Access to a wonderful deck that runs the length of the living and dining room is available from the living room. A gas grill and patio furniture is provided for your enjoyment during the summer season. Spectacular valley views, as well as views of the Hobacks, can be enjoyed from here as well as in the living and dining rooms.

Upon entering the home, guests will find themselves in the main living room. This room offers floor to ceiling windows with inspiring valley views. In the living room a wood burning fireplace, an entertainment center with television, VCR and stereo/CD make this a very inviting area to congregate in. The dining area (seating up to 14) is just adjacent with the large kitchen containing all new appliances & hardwood floors as of December 2002 (two dishwashers, two Viking® gas ranges, a full size SubZero® fridge and full size freezer, Viking® icemaker, 3 sinks and a 13” television) located on the other side. A pleasant sunroom with patio furniture to seat 8 additional people is nearby. The powder room is located near the main entry and just off of the living room and kitchen.

The North Colter Lodge was built during the summer of 2001 and offers the grand feel of old west architecture with the dramatic look of incredible log trusses throughout the interior of the home. The location at the top of Morley Drive also makes it easy for the adventurous skier to find their way home, yet convenient to walk or ski down to the bus stop to start the day.
The first floor offers a spacious entryway from the two-car garage. There are two bedrooms on this level as well as the bunkroom. The first has two twin beds with an ensuite bath. Next is the bunkroom with two sets of twin bunk beds as well as a wood-burning rock fireplace and TV. This room also serves as the headquarters for a stereo system that is wired throughout the house. The adjacent bathroom includes a three-quarter bath and sauna, as well as a washer and dryer. In the middle of the first level is the main entry to the house with a magnificent open stairway decorated with a large antler chandelier. The Ringer House offers a very private setting, yet is a very convenient ski house in the winter. It offers ample living space, a double garage, and great outside deck space that includes an outdoor Jacuzzi with spectacular views. A back deck with picnic table and gas bbq is also available for summer use. There is a nice size entry with plenty of room for ski/boot storage. This leads into the Great Room, which encompasses the kitchen, dining area, living room, and open stairway to the downstairs. The high ceilings in this room combined with the number and style of windows make a very dramatic setting!
The custom kitchen with Corian countertops and maple cabinetry offers a unique pass-through feature into the dining area, and is fully equipped. The dining table easily seats 8 people and enjoys incredible mountain views. The living room is on the opposite end from the kitchen, and includes color television and VCR, stereo system and a wood stove. A sliding door on to the outside deck on this level leads you to the Jacuzzi allowing you to enjoy wonderful valley and mountain views while you relax with your beverage of choice.
Also on this level is the master bedroom and bath. The master bath doubles as the laundry room, and has a double vanity, separate water closet and shower. The master bedroom has a queen bed, two large closets and windows that allow plenty of light.
Downstairs you will find the three additional bedrooms and the second full bath. This bath has a door separating the water closet and shower, each area with it’s own vanity and sink. A large indoor sauna and additional family room with color television, video player and stereo cassette are also found on this level.
Transportation: A car would be necessary (4-wheel drive recommended during the winter season) while staying in the Ringer House.
The Snow Ridge Condominiums offer a variety of amenities and great location (a five-minute walk to the lifts) all at a reasonable price. These are three-level condominiums. When entering on the carport side, you enter the Den that can also be used as a bedroom as it has the built-in twin-size bunks. Also on this level is a private Jacuzzi for 6, a dry sauna, and a full bathroom with all new slate work throughout.
Up one level takes you to the main living space offering great views from the outside balcony and living room area. The open floor plan on this level allows easy flow from the spacious kitchen, dining room and living room. The master bedroom and bath are also located on this level.
Upstairs one more level are the other two bedrooms that share the 3rd full bathroom. Also on this floor is a 3rd television and small game room area.
This four-bedroom house in Teton Village has a unique floor plan that revolves around a massive stone fireplace. In the entryway, there is a baby grand piano, and to the right there is the living room with a three-sided fireplace.

On the opposite side of the family room is the third bedroom, which has two twins, an ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet.

• The Steele house is a great vacation home for small groups or families who are looking for something more than a condominium for their stay in Jackson Hole.
The Strid house is surrounded by trees, and shaded in the afternoon sun making the large deck and secluded hot tub relaxing getaways. This home has an attached two-car garage with a backdoor entrance into the home. The front door opens to an entryway that extends on the left to the den. This den has a 35” TV, and VCR, lots of windows and access to the side deck. From the deck, three steps lead up to an eight person Jacuzzi. Within the entry is another full bathroom, which has a double walk-in shower.
The entry also opens to the ground floor bedrooms. The first room has a Queen bed, full bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower tub and double vanity. The second bedroom features 2 adult sized bunk sets, and shares the hall bathroom. Bedroom three has two twins, shares the hall bathroom, and has a 19” TV. There is a fourth bedroom on this level that has twins, and an adjacent bathroom. The hallway leading into this room has two large closets, the washer and dryer hidden within one of these.
The master bedroom suite is set to the left of the top of the stairs. The bedroom has a King bed, 19” TV and VCR, high ceilings, and private bath with shower and double vanity. At the top of the stairs is a half bath that accommodates the living room. To the right of the stairs is the dining table, which seats ten. The kitchen, which is very well equipped with a subzero fridge, ceramic cook top range, dishwasher, and cedar floor is adjacent to the dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils, glassware, and plates.
A breakfast bar divides the kitchen from the living room. In the living room there is a full stereo system, 27” TV and VCR. The rock fireplace accents the high ceilings, spaciousness, and many windows of this room. An upstairs deck is accessible from the living room. This large deck has a built-in bench running the perimeter, and the deck also includes a picnic table plus table and chairs to seat six to eight guests. The deck is completed with a gas grill.
The Swift Cabin is a quaint home located in the Jackson Hole Racquet Club at the Aspens. With approximately 1800 square feet this home gives you everything you need at a great price. It is set back from the road and offers a private setting nestled in the trees. It is supplied with a picnic table to help guests enjoy the out of doors as much as possible.
As you walk through the front door you have the choice to go left and down 3 steps into the very inviting living room. Here you will find a wood stove, entertainment center with television and VCR and pleasant furnishings. Turning right from the entry will take you into the kitchen, with the dining room just adjacent in a bright sunroom type atmosphere. Also on this level are two of the bedrooms and one full bath. The first bedroom has twin beds, and the second has a set of bunk beds. Both rooms are cozy and inviting.
Upstairs leading to the master bedroom is a small landing where guests will enjoy the most comfortable chair in the cabin. You will want to have a good book with you to thoroughly enjoy this location! The master bedroom (king) which is quite roomy and bath (shower only) are located here.
The loft is accessed by a ladder and is located above the kitchen. There is a queen bed here, and kids looking for their own space in the cabin consider this location the best.
The Swift Cabin is a wonderful family home, and the best part might be the huge outside deck that wraps around the front and side of the cabin. An outdoor hot tub along with a new deck was installed at the rear of the cabin during the summer of 2002. There is a built-in bench offering a great location for the family barbecue. Half of the double garage is available for guest’s use.

Trapper's Cabin is a unique log cabin that offers the western feel of Wyoming that so many people enjoy. It is a two level home set back on a fairly wooded lot in the Aspens, only four miles from the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort.
The first level includes the main living space made cozy by the glass enclosed, wood burning fireplace that can be seen from both the kitchen and the living room. The pleasing décor is enhanced by a variety of western antiques that takes you back to the trapper days of Jackson Hole. The kitchen is well equipped, and the dining area enjoys the comfortable warmth of the fireplace. A deck with charcoal grill is available for summer use. Two of the bedrooms are located on this level, each with twin beds, and they share a full bath across the hall.
Upstairs, the master bedroom (king) has an en suite bath, a 13” television and VCR and a Jacuzzi in the room. A washer and dryer are located downstairs off of the kitchen.
Transportation: A car is not necessary staying in Trapper’s Cabin. However, if you do not like being tied to a bus schedule, we do recommend renting a car. The Wallace House is a beautiful remodeled two-story home located in a quiet and scenic neighborhood in the Jackson Hole Racquet Club. This home is very open and bright with a large back deck and hot tub overlooking private yard. The overall decor of the house is western contemporary.

• The entrance to this home is on the first level. There is a small foyer with a coat closet that opens up into the living and dining area. This room is very open and bright with lots of windows. There is a large fireplace and custom furniture throughout. New carpet installed, fall 2003.
• There is a newly remodeled spacious kitchen off of the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all new (GE) appliances as well as tiled counters and floor as of fall 2003. A large opening allows you to peer through from the kitchen to the living room.

This home was completely remodeled in the Fall of 2000. The renovation, along with the fantastic location at the base of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort makes it one of the premier homes available for rent in Teton Village.
The living room is the focal point of this house and offers a vaulted ceiling and floor to ceiling windows running the length of the room surrounding a large rock fireplace. Hardwood floors, custom décor and a 60" color television with VCR make the living area extremely inviting! The kitchen, which is open to the living room, is a chef’s dream. A Thermodor six-burner gas range, two dishwashers, two preparation areas, granite countertops, custom cabinetry and a butcher block island make this kitchen very efficient, yet plenty of room to socialize while cooking. A small breakfast bar makes the perfect place for those who prefer to watch the cook. The laundry area is tucked away between the kitchen and dining room. The dining room includes seating for 10, and offers wonderful views in a very comfortable setting. A deck off of this room allows easy outside gatherings, and is home to the Jacuzzi. A powder room is conveniently located nearby.
Also on this level is the master bedroom with a king-size bed, and an inviting “dutch-door” to the outside deck. There is a large walk in closet with plenty of storage space. The master bath enjoys a double vanity area with a granite countertop and an enormous shower including custom stonework, a heated bench and an overhead rain style showerhead.
The stairway leading downstairs has been completely re-done with custom ironwork and alder woodwork. This meets with a second ground level “skiers” entrance that has plenty of space for ski equipment and clothing, and is also equipped with a boot dryer and dry sauna. It is obvious that the owners of this home are avid skiers as it is the perfect setup! A second smaller living room with a 31” television, VCR, fireplace and plenty of windows is located here. The second bedroom is accessed through the lower living room and has twin beds and a full private bath (shower only). The third bedroom is accessed both by the living room and the hall. It has a king bed, and a full private bath.

The Wind River Condominiums offer 2,500 square feet of tastefully decorated living space, and each bedroom enjoys a private bath. These are three-level townhomes with the first floor containing 2 bedrooms, 2 baths (one of which includes a private whirlpool spa)and laundry area. Up one level leads you into the dining room, kitchen and living room. Mountain or valley views can be found with the floor to ceiling windows in the living room. Upstairs to the third level, you will find two additional bedrooms and baths, one of which is the master bedroom. Again, mountain or valley views can be enjoyed.
A second television and VCR can be found in either the master bedroom or one of the other bedrooms for your enjoyment.
