Booking
Procedures:
We have a reservation staff available year round. Our staff is fully capable
of handling questions you may have an making on the spot reservations.
- At the time of booking, our reservationists will inform you of the
total cost of your vacation and payment schedule.
Deposit:
We expect a deposit of 2 nights accommodations within 10 days of booking.
Any booking less than 45 days prior to arrival, we will request payment
in full immediately plus a credit card to secure reservations.
- You will have the option of paying with a personal check (time permitting)
or paying with a credit card.
- Upon receipt of deposit you will receive a reservation confirmation
and schedule of final payment.
- You must sign and send back the Credit Card Authorization form to
receive your final documents.
Final Payment:
We expect full payment 45 days prior to your arrival. If you know your
payment is going to be late, please call us to make other arrangements.
- Upon receipt of final payment you will receive a "paid in full"
confirmation immediately. Check in documents will follow approximately
14 days prior to arrival.
Groups:
We must be notified of the group make up upon inquiry. No rowdy groups or
high school groups accepted.
Unit Availability:
We have several communities to work with and up to 200 properties for rental
consideration. Units are assigned on a first come first served basis.
Reservations:
It is your responsibility to notify us if there is a change in a reservation.
Once a reservation is made you will be held fully liable for the balance
due. We will not cancel your reservation unless you notify us in a timely
manner. Again, you will be held fully accountable to follow all rules.
- We reserve the right to supply you with a property of equal or
greater value if we cannot supply the exact property requested. We
will notify you immediately if a change is made.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made more than 61 days prior to arrival will be charged a
$50.00 fee per lodging unit; 60-31 days prior will forfeit 2 nights deposit;
30 days or less will forfeit all moneys unless we can rebook the space,
in which case all money will be refunded less a $50.00 handling fee. Most
airline tickets are non refundable.
No Snow Policy:
Due to the fact there are 10 resorts accessible from Salt Lake City, the
following rule will apply: If less than 3 resorts are open less than 50%,
we will refund all of you money less a $50.00 handling fee.
